Anyone seen a footprint for last generation Tag-connect? I am upto ECV3-06

This is weird:
That view seems to be the “bottom view” of the IDC part of the cable, and that fits with the 3D view of the cable on that datasheet, but it it does not fit with the standard IDC header pinout.
