Synchronize eeschematic with pcb editor

Hi, I just updated kicad to latest CERN version. I’m using dual screen on my computer. In the old version the schematic editor used to ‘follow’ the pcb editor. For example if I’m moving resistor R1 or draw a track from it in pcb editor, the schematic editor jumps to the part in the schematic. this was very convenient for efficient component placement. Is this functionality gone, of do I need to reactivate it somewhere?

thank you

what latest version, i.e. BZRxxxx?

Works in BZR6608 on Windows7 64bit.
Did you start pcbnew/eeschema from KiCAD or separate?

Did you open it “as a project” calling “KiCad” or you open individually the eeschema and pcbnew separately?

Hi, I openen it from the project manager. But I saved several versions of the pcb layout, all listed in the project manager. I just saw it still syncs with the original pcb filename (identical to schematic file). How can I make it sync to the original schematic? Replace the original pcb file to latest version I suppose? anyway, thanks
