Did not even notice this changed.
The documentation will get better as time goes on. I bet there will be some new tutorials created by the community out very shortly. (Maybe even an update to the excelent getting to blinky series.) But all of this takes time. The people who can create something like that also now first need to learn their way around v5 themselfes.

Nothing against you Rene, but if the term “local” is used by KiCad in the library creation, it must be used everywhere. That was my point.
