Swap Layers in PCB editing

Hi.
Having some troubles with Swap Layers in PCB editing.
I am probably doing something wrong.
I select a trace then I call Edit/Swap Layers. But i cannot do any swap action. I always have this figure, that does not allow to do so much.

I do not see any way to set the swap layers.
Thanks to anyone can help me to understand where I am wrong.

[SOLVED] Swap layer tool inactive 7.0.6

Hi, I saw a similar question that was closed through inactivity. I have a 4 layer pcb, and I want to move all tracks from layer 3 to the bottom layer. If I select Edit, Swap Layers, the window that opens is completely inactive. You can click, double-click, any mouse button : nothing happens. Is there something else that has to be activated for the tool to work ? Thanks. Once you have selected the “to” layer . . .

another click should give you a drop down to select the destination layer . . .

I select a trace then I call Edit/Swap Layers.

Swap layers swaps the entire layer not just what you have selected . . . if you just want to change the layer of a selected track use it’s properties.
