Strange "item on disabled layer" DRC error in nightly

Having updated to current win10 nightly I suddenly get this from DRC:

in this area

whithout having changed a thing in the layout. Can anyone confirm this before I file a bug?

The board has a few DRC errors other than the issue reported, which are not important.

It gives the same DRC error here and I don’t see a reason for it. I updated the nightly build yesterday.

Ok, thx. Looks like a bug, I’ll file it.

@JeffYoung has recently made some changes to disabled layer tests, maybe this has something to do with that?
