Strange error message with busses

I made a small error I believe. The ERC clearly shows what I did wrong. I apparently should have used the prefixes on the bus side as well so 1.A, 2.A etc.

However…the strange part is that the board editor actually understands all the connections. KiCad sure is smart. Highlighting net between schematic and board does not work. But the board passes DRC with flying colors.

I think it is strange that I have 18 critical Errors in the schematic, and still end up with a good board. But you know what they say: If it works, it ain’t stupid :smiley:

I have never run ERC so don’t know how many Errors it reports for my schematics. What you need to design PCB are footprints and connections. Extra labels at schematic connected with nothing are not a problem for PCB as labels are not something that have to be placed and connected at PCB.
