Is it finally possible to export step 3D model of the full pcb without using some 3d party modules?

I just did a: PCB Editor / File / Export / STEP and then opened the result in FreeCAD and it looks OK.
And this functionality has been in KiCad for a few versions. With something like the KiCad StepUp workbench for FreeCAD (Which is a FreeCAD thing and not a KiCad thing) you get a lot more options, but the basic STEP export has been in KiCad for quite a while and works too.
What do you mean by “full PCB” ? if you mean with the Silkscreen then no. Tracks have been added in V8, albeit with a weird effect at joins/change of directions (see Paul’s post above).
