I’m real new here and really need a tutorial that shows a step by step description for creating a circuit board. I was watching one tutorial and they must be using a different version because when it came time to set Tracks and Vias I could not find the dialog page they used.
I am using 7.0.8 I am searching to find this, any reference would be appreciated.

Have you read pdfs that are at KiCad Documentation page:
starting from “Getting Started” ?
They can be little behind current version but should be a good start point, I think.
Second source can be this forum FAQ.
And third if you know what you want to do but don’t know how to do it - ask here.
Just for clarity, Getting Started is fully up to date for v7.
The documentation sections for the Schematic Editor and PCB Editor are both accurate for V7 but have some sections that have not been written yet.
I didn’t know that. When KiCad had its last V4 subversion (4.0.7) the documentations I have those time read was really about V3.
If they are up to date then I think I should read all them once more to find what new features I missed.
Start with your Schematic not the PCB.
