Spacemouse works but can't be customized?

Hello,

I was happy to see support for the Spacemouse on KC7 and it seems to be working great… with the default configuration. Any attempt to customize the radial menus or the buttons seem to be completely ignored, though. As a simple example, when assigning a keystroke to the one of the radial menus, 3DxWare accepts the customization but when I open the menu inside KiCAD it simply shows the default layout. The exact same thing happens on the CADMouse. I’m on MacOS Ventura btw.

I’ve tried 3DConnection’s support and also their forums but no answer.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

What is your 3DxWare version? Here is 10.6.3 on Windows 10. No function from the the 6DoF sensor in the KiCad 7.0.0 3D viewer.

Sorry for the late reply.
I’m using the just released 10.8.0 on MacOS.
Now the problem that seems to be restricted to KiCad also happens in F360… the menus can be configured in #DxWare but inside the app nothing changes.
