Spacemouse Pro Schematic Weirdness

I’m experiencing some weirdness involving the Spacemouse Pro. It works fine for the PCB and the 3D Viewer. However, for the schematic it only zooms and never pans. In addition, once I click on either the PCB or the 3D viewer, then the spacemouse controls that window (which ever was selected last) but it never controls the schematics even when the schematic is given the focus.

Before I submit a bug, I thought I’d ask about it here to see if there are any suggestions.

I’m running the latest 3D Connexion software (3DxWare 10.9.0.3773 / 3DxWinCore 17.9.0.21038). The Spacemouse Pro is running firmware version 4.35.

Oh for crying out loud. Normally I hibernate and take my laptop to and from work. This problem has been going on for a couple of weeks and driving me a bit batty. Today I had to do a full reboot to install an unrelated update and now the problem is gone. I tried hibernating to see if it would return but it still works.

Perhaps this will return when I get back to the office where I have a different model of Spacemouse. Till then thank you for your time and consideration.

Jason
