have you noticed that now in kicad 6 when you make the rounded corners, they only apply to the external corners? not the internal ones, as seen in the image. I don’t know if a configuration is needed.

In pcb editor goto file - board setup, then design rules and select 'allow fillets outside outline. This should sort it.
