[Solved] No print output using kicad 5.1.6

Hello
I am just sarting using Kicad. I am using Kicad 5.1.6 in a VM virtualbox windows 10 64 bits
When I want to print a Schema or a pcb, I can do a good previsualisation.
But when I send this print to the printer, nothing happened, nothing in the printer queue
and the program is stuck…
The only way is to discard the program and start again

If I am using the plot function, to a pdf, it is ok

Are you able to print from other programs in that VM? Does the printer queue show the printer ready?

Hello,
thanks for your message and you are right, I was not able to print with notepad
I reboot my VM and now it is working, also with Kicad
