[SOLVED] Newb - Can't draw board outline in edge cuts layer

I am literally working through the getting started tutorial. In the PCB editor when I select the edge cuts layer and the “Draw a rectangle button” when I draw the outline I don’t see any resize handles when drawing (as seen in YouTube video) and the GUI looks like I’m drawing a selection box. When I release the mouse button nothing has been drawn. Does anyone have any pointers as to what I am doing wrong?

Make sure you draw the rectangle using clicks at the corners, do not drag a box.

So click at the top left corner, move the mouse to the bottom right corner, click again.
