[SOLVED] Interpreting technical drawings for footprints

I’m busying trying to create a footprint based off the technical spec from the manufacturer. (Still waiting for the component to arrive so can’t take any measurements yet)

In the drawing they have a mounting hole with dimension 3- Φ1.8 (Top right hole)
I’m guessing the 1.8 is the diameter of the hole. Can’t be 3mm as that would put the holes too close together.

Any ideas as to what the “3-” signifies?

This would mean that there are three holes, each with diameter 1,8mm.

I guess the 3 means there are 3 identical holes.
Same for the 2 pins numbers 3 and 4 ; and the 3 pins 5, 1 and 2

Thanks guys. That makes sense.
