I design a board and I would like to check components are fitting by printing the board in is actual size.
How can I do so?
Have never done it but if you print PCB with A4 frame at A4 paper it isnāt 1:1?

When printing, the default is 1:1 How accurate do you need it to be?
For mechanical CAD programs it is relatively common to be able to calibrate the printer in X and Y directions separately. I am not aware of such a function in KiCad.
Iād plot to PDF (make sure you are at 1:1) then print the PDF making sure you do not āscale to fitā . . . Iāve had good results using this technique from other sources/programs.

Print 1:1, measure the actual size and use the āCustomā scale to make it accurate. This works well for me.
