[SOLVED] How to create a rectangular hole in pcb?

I hereby certify that I am not simply asking someone else to design a footprint for me.

Hello,
I need to make a rectangular hole 66mmx24mm in my pcb and I don’t find how to do it. Is someone can help me ?
Thanks for all.
