If you mean https://i.imgur.com/ZkoTmIi.png no that’s a radial capacitor lying on its side. An axial capacitor has wires emerging from opposite ends.

I apologize, you (and the original post) was right.
radial capacitor horizontal lying on its side. So my hint to the standard library is also false.
