I am sure I am in the wrong place but I have to ask somewhere.
The problem is, that in my Gerber viewer all the layers look exactly the same for both sides of my board, the only layer where there is a difference is the drill hole layer where I can at least see the drill hole markers.
So how do I fix this problem??

I’ve elevated your status so you can zip and post your gerbers here for others to look at if needed.
Have you tried turning off all layers and then turning them back on one at a time?
Do the colors change when you view different layers?
Are any of the layers in the Green “box” ticked ?
in general they shouldn’t be . . . unless of course you want that layer plotted on every other layer.

Yaaa this was exactly the problem I found it while trying to make a gerber file with each layer on at a time.
