[Solved] After KiCad updates: not existent updates in the Plugin Manager

I updated KiCAD to 7.0.5 this morning

In Plugin Manager, I go this:

• I have an highlight: there should be a plugin to be updated
• When searched: there is not any one to be updated

Application: KiCad x64 on x64

Version: 7.0.5, release build

Libraries:
wxWidgets 3.2.2
FreeType 2.12.1
HarfBuzz 6.0.0
FontConfig 2.14.1
libcurl/7.88.1-DEV Schannel zlib/1.2.13

Platform: Windows 11 (build 22000), 64-bit edition, 64 bit, Little endian, wxMSW

Update is probably in another repository you have. Switch to installed tab, it’s easier to see there.

but normally when an update is available, the button “update” becomes active.
As I show in the animated GIF, it’s not activated.

EDIT: following your suggestion up that tab: the “update” button was active and i finally got this to update

Because that button is for plugins that are shown. If update is in another repository you have to switch repository and it will become active.

Again we are back with the same issue … KiCAD 7.0.6

but there is nothing to update

that button is for plugins that are shown

The updates are for packages that are either in another repo or in another tab of the repo.

Switch to installed tab

And you will be able to update all installed packages at once.
