Soldermask wrong in Gerber file

Hi,

Yesterday I converted my board into Gerber files and when checking it in the Gerblook.org website the Soldermask was wrong.

I made a circular board defining the edge cut and that gave me the mistake. Gerblook presents me the edge cut correctly.

I made then a test and , made the board on a square edge cut and voila the board hat correct soldermasks (top and bottom).

So I guess I have no other choice then making a square edge cut and then manually cut out my circular board ?

Try 4x 90 deg arcs instead of a circle as edge cut…
