Sure, it’s a useless part as it’s useful only for Graphic’s (at best) but, some Geeks like useless stuff…
Step File attached (make your own Footprint)…
Hole Dia = 0.7mm approx but, dia not too important unless the Terminal Dia is too small… (you can Scale the STEP in the Footprint Editor’s 3D panel)

Time on my hands… at 75, I don’t have much time left so, I’m making a Wood-Gear Clock.
I could 3D print it but, taking longer (using wood) will keep me around for, well, perhaps long enough to clean my house
