I have a terrible problem, I never thought to ask for help to make a footprint in kicad, but the time has come.
I have a pad where the manufacturer recommends placing the paste in a particular way.
I have tried all the methods I know, I even used a DXF made in freecad, but still I don’t get the correct result.
Does anyone have any idea how to do this? 
Several ways to do it. I did this in the PCB on Paste Layer.
did Not bother to set exact dimensions - just enough to give you the idea…
I did Not place a Circular Pad under it… you know how to do that…
ADDED: You can Convert each one to Polygon and set them to ‘Filled’ if desired…
