Hi.Im beginner in pcb design. I want to cover my via using solder mask. My question how to put solder mask layer on my design?

It’s usually added by default to a standard project. Bear in mind the “Solder Mask” should really be called a “Solder Resist - Mask”, where the mask is is where the solder resist doesn’t go, so your vias will usually be covered by Solder resist. Now if you have thermal vias under a component you want then to be soldered so you would have solder resist mask on them.
