SODIMM 204 Pin Socket

Hey! New to Kicad. I’m looking for a DDR3 SODIMM socket (the 204 pin one, not 200 pin), and I’m having a hard time finding it. It doesn’t seem to be in the default footprint library.

It appears to be what I want, but fails when I try to import it in the Footprint Editor with just a generic “Not a footprint file” error. Same with this:

Am I just doing something obviously wrong? here Is there an easier way to do this, or convert these files or something? It’s not terribly clear why they don’t work and what I can do to fix it.
