Is there a way to specify that a particular pad is not to have thermal relief, and instead is around its entire edge to be contact with a zone fill?
Should the footprint for an edge launch SMA connector’s ground pins have thermal relief on them? The frequency is to be about 3 GHz. My concern is excessive disruptions to the characteristic impedance.
