Slow response on Windows 10

I find my Schematic and PCB editor are really slow. Takes about 40s to load and once loaded working with it is really slow. Moving components and doing tracks are ok at times but Fill zone and saving the file takes longer than expected.

Anybody have any bright ideas for a fix.
