Single Fuse, 2 clips

I often use a fuse, like a 5x20, that is a single part in the schematic and a single footprint on the PCB, but when I send my production files to my board house (JLCPCB), they complain that only one clip is specified. This causes delays, extra payments, etc. I even tried to change the BOM manually to qty 2 for F1, but it still didn’t help because there is only one F1 footprint. I am trying to find a way around this. Any suggestions? TIA

If I use one clip for the whole 5x20 I use one footprint for it.
When I use two clips I use two symbols at schematic and two footprints at PCB.

Truly I use 3 symbols - I place fuse symbol between clips symbols and than also fuse footprint (having no pads at all).

From the viewpoint of the physical PCB, assembly and BOM there are two identical components. So, make it two clips and forget the fuse. Or do like Piotr: add an extra dummy symbol for the fuse itself if you feel you want it.

Theoretically this is the same case than having two connectors for one SBC (Pi CM etc.) but much more simple.
