Please have a look at KiCad Eeschema as GUI for ngspice, tutorial for setting up the simulation for simulating an OpAmp.
You also should look for a suitable MCP6001 symbol.
Have you ever run an OpAmp without power supply?
The Spice Model Editor should show the type of the model: Subcircuit.
The model has 5 nodes, your symbol also should serve 5 nodes.
You have to set the alternate node sequence.
In Simulation examples for KiCad/Eeschema/ngspice you will find a lot of simulation examples, simple ones, but also complex ones.
And there is the Sallen-Key example coming with the KiCad installation (on MS Windows in C:\Program Files\KiCad\6.0\share\kicad\demos\simulation\sallen_key).
