Setting the text editor and pdf reader

Hi,

I haven’t used Kicad for a while and in the meantime I switched to Debian jessie with KDE.
I initially set the text editor to geany and now I find that I cannot change it even though kicad_common says it’s changed.
I cannot see any adoc files only html files in /usr/share/docs/kicad/help/en so I tried to change the text editor to konquerer to read the html files but it as I said, I cannot change from geany.

not a major issue but irritating anyway.

Any help appreciated

BTW why is this post greyed out and not marked as new?

It was shown as ‘new’ to me.

if kicad_common has it on konquerer you’re either looking at the wrong kicad_common or your OS is redirecting something there…?!
