Hello,
the ODB++ output feature is great! Just a small hint from my side. It would be also nice if you have here the possibility to choose the origin of Drill/Place like it is at the gerber plot output as well.

That sounds (at first glance) like a great feature request to me, so I’d suggest you make an official request on the KiCad Gitlab. The easiest way is to open KiCad and go to Help > Report a Bug, which will open a new issue in your browser with some of the template already filled in.
Once you fill in the rest of the issue and submit it, please paste the link to it back here so that others can give it a “thumbs up” on Gitlab to show support. While community support does not guarantee implementation, it definitely doesn’t hurt.
P.S. I haven’t checked, but the IPC2581 export may also be lacking that setting.
