Running kicad python scripts on windows

Kicad python pip is working?

I noticed that pip is distributed both with stable and dev releases of kicad… but I tried to use pip to install a python module both in kicad stable and latest dev without succeed… is pip functionality working for kicad in windows? thx Maurice
