Route track problems when in the pcbnew stage

Hi,

I am in the stage of pCBnew. When I try to connect the tracks between chips. I encounter some problems. like the following picture. I try all types of tracks(walk away, shove, highlight collisions ), it still cannot work.
What should I do to solve the problem?

Big red circles show clearance around each pin. You should make clearance smaller to allow for track without violating it.
