Hey all - I am running RC2 and am wondering how to import my parts libs from Eagle into RC2.
It’s easy enough to import the previous schems (than you devs!) but now I wish to pull in all my libs.

1). Draw eagle schematic with all your parts on a sheet.
2). Import schematic in KiCad.
3). Create KiCad lib with your parts.
That’s an interesting way to do it. I have opted (right or wrong of course) to use the scripts on Github to export only my libs. It took a bit of experimenting with the options to get what I wanted but once done, it wasn’t all that bad.
Again, perhaps not the most efficient way to go about this but at least I now have my libs in Ki.
Still need a little work but its all cosmetic (adding descriptions etc.) but at least I can start doing up new schems. The old ones import nicely.
Going to mark this resolved but still open to other ways to do this of course
