HI,
I have finished my card, and I realize that I want to resize the texts of the component names, or the holes and the size of the vias are soaked. Can you do it on the whole board?

What is your kicad version?
Kicad 5.0.1 Release build 4
Have a look under the edit menu. There are some tools in there that sound as if thy could be useful to you. I have however not yet used any of them. (So i can not be of further use here)
For vias and traces you can also select multiple of them (block select or by using shift plus left-click.) and edit their preferences all at once.
Here are those dialogs from the latest development version (future 5.1) for comparison. Not as easy to use as in 5.0, but much more powerful.
