It will be nice if in this window a research symbol field is appearing.
So that through that research field, one can write the name of the device and find it
Sorry, but could you elaborate? What do you mean with “research field” ? What would it be its purpose or how do you imagine it could work ?
I think it means just normal search functionality, like in the Symbol Editor window – and actually in the Footprint Library Browser, too. I don’t know why the filter widgets aren’t there in this dialog.
