do i edit the kicad_mod file and change every (layer Eco1.User) to (layer F.Cu) ?
figured it, so only thing left in the project is to try and find the missing 3d shapes and see if some of the build in 3d shapes has not been made in to step files so i can switch to those
i like them because when i export the board to step all step components comes with it, wrl’s do not
but at any rate the board is ready to be sent to fab house in the summer
All 3d models included with kicad 5 come as both wrl and step. (We made a clean cut and left everything else behind.)
