When I drag a symbol or block the wires are left diagonal.
How do I fix that…short of redrawing the wire? (Which gets confusing real quick if there are wires now crossing at diagonals. 
)
If there is just a single wire between two schematic symbols, then I know of no better method then to delete it and draw a new connection.
If you have a slanted wire that connects to another wire segment, you can hover over the location where they connect and press g to grab the corner and move it.
