Removing alignment targets

I have had to edit my PCB layout in a copy of my original and wanted to get rid of the layer alignment target. This can be done easily with a simple text editor by removing the following: (grid_origin 105.41 116.84) in the file and saving it. Once the PCB is opened once again the Layer alignment target is gone.

I don’t think this is a layer allignment target. It seems to be the grid origin.
This can be “removed” by placing the grid origin at 0,0 (top left corner of the page frame)

You can also set the origin in dimension->grid. In the window that opens press reset grid origin. (This also sets the origin to 0,0)

alignment targets are different from the origin/dril&place markers…
