Remove "read only" protection from folder

How I can remove “read only” protection on windows? I opens from KiCAD as administrator. It still same

This project folder is copied from USB drive to my work PC. I can work directly to USB drive. However, I have access problem for copied folder on PC. This also affect creating new library to project table as

I try to untick read only attribute. It still same

Change permission to modify, it is same

Additional info: this happens only if I use KiCad 9.0.0-rc1-509-g8df29a78e1 (recently installed).
No problem when opened using 9.0.0-rc1-509-g8df29a78e1 (installed about 4 months ago).

Now its resolved. I need to put KiCAD last installed as “allowed app” at controlled folder access.
