Removal of silkscreen over a CPW creates bridging error

I am using coplanar grounded waveguides (CPW) in my design. To improve electrical properties of the waveguide, I am removing silkscreen by drawing a polygon in F.Mask over it.

This works well and silkscreen is removed but it also creates an error “Front solder mask aperture bridges items with different nets”.

How to write a custom DRC rule for these specific tracks and GND to get rid of this error?

First a clarification: a filled polygone in the F.Mask layer does not remove the silkscreen, but the solder mask layer.

Regarding your question I see no way to modify the DRC-check “Solder mask aperture bridges items with different nets”. At least the documentation “PCB Editor | 9.0 | English | Documentation | KiCad doesn’t mention a custom rule for this DRC check.

Angh…I meant to write solder mask of course, sorry…

OK, then I just have to change the violation severity to Warning. This of course changes the severity globally.

Thanks for quick reply and saving time from searching more.
