Regarding the pad clearance's

Hi everyone,

I am designing a footprint of a one microcontroller with 127 pins.

So, In the Module editor, while placing the PADS, i opened the properties of one of my MCU pad and i came across one window called " LOCAL CLEARANCE AND SETTING".

So, depending on which parameters we need to give this clearance values?

Thanks for your answer.

As you mentioned in your image that one via have less clearance and other have more clerance

But what is practical use of this clearance?
and in which type of applications we require more clearance and in which we require less clearance’s
