Raspberry Pi Project from Template- Fill Zones Not Working

I created a project using the Raspberry Pi Template. On the PCB I’ve created a Fill Zone for the GND. No matter what I do it will not fill. I’m thinking it may have something to do with the template settings but I don’t know. Is there a trick to getting the fill zones to work in this template, or have a done something wrong? I’ve never had this issue before in v7. (p.s. I’ve removed a bunch of traces trying to see if that was the issue) Thank you.

Application: KiCad PCB Editor x86_64 on x86_64

can you post the PCB file , and rule file ?
is the zone connected to net ground (GND) ?
(Copper Zone Properties)
same ground net as all others ? (so it doesnt just see it as a island and delete it - set Remove Islands to Never if unsure, and Solid Fill )

@paulvdh This fixed it! THANK YOU. The template must have “Show Only Zone Boundaries” as the default. Once I clicked “Show filled Areas Of Zones” I was able to see the fill zone.

@glenenglish Thanks for replying. Thats a good tip about settting “Remove Islands” to Never. I’m going to keep that one in my hip pocket for the future.
