I have now created both.
If I now want to connect the part, only pad 1 and pad 2 are suggested. But it should be pad 1 and pad 3.
Question is the soldering pad 2 only intended as a placeholder?
The use of Pad2 should be defined in the datasheet. Probably NU = Not used. May be just mechanical.
I’d recommend to edit symbol’s pin number from 2 to 3, so the nets will connect Pad1 and Pad3.
The other option is to change pad numbers 2 and 3, so Pad3 is in the middle.
