PTHs and Numbering

I am making a set of PTHs. I copied and pasted the footprint, so the numbering convention repeats.
I am wondering if this will be “ok” when printed or if the PTHs with the same number will be connected somehow.

If they belong to the same footprint then yes pads with the same number are on the same net.

Is this an image that has been copied, or footprint that has been made?
The round pads do not seem to be on the same X grid as the left hand round/rectangular pads.

Thanks - this is interesting because there are no nets listed, currently.
But generally-speaking, each footprint has its own numbering?

You created this footprint or copied it from somewhere other than Kicad?

This will happen when you associate the footprint with a symbol and generate a PCB. See here:

KiCad needs to know which pin of the symbol represents which footprint pad when creating the connectivity information of the board. See also: What is the difference between footprints and symbols?
