Problems with schematic Editor

Hello!

Im new to KiCAd and have a problem at the start.
When I open the Schematic Editor I only get an empty page, cannot change the cursor (Arrow) and cannot set any parts. It seems eeschema doesnt start correctly.
I run Win 10 Enterprise 64bit, I tried the 32bit version too, of KiCAD 5.1.8 -1 release build
