Problem assigning footprints

Hi!

I have a problem, I created a component but when I assign footprints to symbols, the component (symbol reference) does not appear. I have noticed that in the schematic, my symbol is referenced with the hashtag symbol. I tried to change the reference but the program put the hashtag back on. Any ideas?

I have found the problem. In the properties of the component I had defined the component as a power symbol. Without it all is correct. Thanks for all!
