Is there an option to name a power symbol in this way? If I change its ID in the editor,instead of choosing
from dialogue box . will it still function as a power net?

If you are using KiCad 8, yes this is possible. Renaming the power symbol renames the net as well
As Mineotopia suggested you can use an unique VOLTAGE symbol for this purpose and rename it as you prefer.

this is power symbol for 5V i renamed in to 5V_VIN will it form power net .

I’ve created my own generic power symbol. Just pick any power symbol from library and change the name/fields as you prefer.
since KiCad8, you can use any voltage symbol and edit it in the schematic editor. Just grab a 3V3 symbol and rename it in there. There is no need for a custom symbol anymore.
These are all plain symbols, edited in the schematic Editor by pressing E.
As you can see, this uses the 12V symbol. Works as intended and creates two different nets.
