Potential feature request: rationale field for ERC & DRC exclusions

Hi folks,

When marking ERCs/DRCs as exclusions, if would be great if the user could enter a rationale. That way when they open the design 6 months later, they don’t have to try to remember why the exclusions were approved (i.e. why they weren’t actual problems) - the explanation is right there in the rationale field.

Would anyone else find this useful? If so, I’ll submit it to Gitlab.
