Sometime around the end of July, there was a switch from posting dates to the # of days/hours/minutes since the post was made. Was there a good reason for the change? I would much rather see a date/time.
Is there a way to turn off the real time updates from my side? The refresh button is sufficient.

i don’t think anything have changed, but you can see the absolute date by hovering the cursor on the relative time.

Had not noticed the hover detail before, thanks. I now see what is happening. After 1 month has passed the # of days/hours/minuets/ changes from relative to an absolute date. I will guess that an added post to an older thread starts the relative counter over again.
