Position origin of pad is in a random spot

I have a pad here that says its offset by -189.249569, 125.643621 from (0,0):

But I have set the Grid origin, the Local origin (by pressing space) and Drill origin on that pad, so where does this “new origin/position” come from?

If I set it to (0,0) it places the pad somewhere to the right…

If you: View > Show Properties Manager on the LH side of your screen, you will find the correct location.
